Keeping in view of the customer safety Quality Retail Group organized a fire and safety program for their staff with the help of Qatar Civil Defense fire and safety department. More than 200 staff underwent a comprehensive class room and on field fire and safety training.

The training imparts a disciplined approach keeping ones cool at the time of emergency. The training helped the staff to understand how safely they can guide the customer to safer places through proper procedures at times of emergency and also the staff were trained on field firefighting with different types of fire extinguishers.

The Training Program was resource fully planned and executed by the Learning and Development of Quality Group with the help of expertise from the authorities of Civil Defense fire and safety department. Chairman for Quality Group International, Mr. Shamsudheen Olakara, General Manager Quality Retail Group Mr. Aboo Navas and HR Manager Quality Group Mr. Arif ,Learning and Development Manager Zakir Hussain Shaikh took active part in the training program.
