Quality Group of Companies, a prominent business group in Qatar, donated One Million Nepal Rupees to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund for the victims of deadly earthquake that hit Nepal which caused to loss the life of thousands of citizens and devastating damages and wreckages throughout the country. The Managing Director of Quality Group, Mr. Shamsudheen Olakara, handed over the fund to Mr. Mani Ratna Sharma, Charge D Affairs of Nepali Embassy in Qatar, during a function held in the embassy premises. Mr. Shamsudheen Olakara stated that it is as part of their social and humanitarian activities the company decided to make this contribution and also declaring solidarity to thousands of Nepali citizens working under various divisions of the Group was also a motive behind this initiative. He also said that the entire management and staffs of Quality Group are joining with the victims in this unprecedented tragedy caused to them and wished a speedy recovery from the sufferings caused to them.

Mr. Mani Ratna Sharma, Charge D Affairs of Nepal Embassy, said that the contribution of Quality Group to support the victims is really appreciable and let more of this kind of contributions and support flow to the victims in this needy time. The Management representatives of Quality Group and Nepal embassy officials also participated in the function.
